Room 1

This is the biggest room out of 4 rooms in the villa. It features king size double bed, a working desk, TV, and shared balcony.

Room 2

Spacious sea view room with a double bed and a shared balcony (with Room 1).

Room 3

Park view room with spacious double bed, situated on the second floor.

Room 4

Room with twin beds.

Living Room

Spacious living room is a perfect space for family get togethers. It has two sofas, armchair, small table, TV and nice fireplace.

Dining Room

Dining room is situated on the second floor and it connects large living room with the kitchen. Table comfortably accommodates 8 persons. Dining room also features a terrace with large dining table offering a stunning view to better enjoy your meals.

Kitchen

Gorgeous rustic kitchen with mixture of beige cabinets with the distressed cheramics, gives this villa a feeling of warmth. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and machines:

Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, ovens, dinner set, cooking utensils, coffee machine

Bathrooms

Villa Marina has total of three bathrooms, one shower plus additional outside swimming pool shower.
Bathroom 1 is connected with Room 1 and Room 2. It offers toilet, double sink, bidet, shower enclosure, jacuzzi and hairdryer.
Bathroom 2 is on the same floor as Room 1 and Room 2 and has a toilet, shower, sink, and laundry machine.
Bathroom 3 is on the second floor, closest to the Room 3, living room and dining room. It offers toilet and shower.

Gym

Villa has a spacious workout room on the ground floor. Gym has a door towards the swimming pool and is connected with a sauna and shower. This perfect place for working out offers treadmill, orbitrek, rowing machine, bench press, weights and exercise mat.

Sauna

Enjoy in the comfortable turkish sauna.

Barbecue Area

There is another perfect terrace on the side of the villa, near the swimming pool. Covered with grapewine it offers a perfect place for afternoon barbecues. Terrace is also conected with a tavern where you can spend quality time long till the morning hours.

Garden Plot

Villa has a large outside area where children can freely run and play, or you can simply enjoy in the fresh air and magnificent view.

Villa offers private parking for 4 cars. Additionaly, price also includes:
Baby cot, Safe box, WiFi, Central heating, Floor heating, Air-Conditioning (1 unit), Iron and board, Vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom towels, bedsheets, soap and toilette paper are available for usage for entire stay.
